Where 112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in JEE Main Paper 2. You rank based on category will be around 400. Based on previous year cut off you may have chances of getting in the following NITs
But in 2020 the cut off may increase or decrease depending on total number of seats available, difficulty of exam, number of candidates appeared etc.

you can definitely try getting any of the NITs with that rank and that category.
You can try out for the good and it is if you fill the preferences wisely and wait for some rounds in the counselling.
however you can also start applying for other state funded and private good engineering colleges which have good architecture faculties.
this is just for a backup in case.
But you can surely hope to get a seat in a good NIT there are chances in NITs like Trichy, Surathkal and Warangal as well.
