Hello,

Yes, there is JEE Advanced for Paper 2. There are two sessions for JEE Advanced. Morning and after noon session consisting each of three sections in chemistry, physics amd mathematics. Then there is JEE Advanced AAT. If you are interested in IIT Kharagpur and Rourkee you can apply for AAT for which eligibility is Advanced.

JEE Advanced qualified students can apply for AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test). JEE Advanced is not specific for JEE Mains Paper II. You can go for admission with JEE Mains Paper II score. If you are interested in IIT Rourkee or Kharagpur then you may go beyond. That is AAT score is considered only in these two IITs.
