Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 97.68 percentile in jee mains,so I would like you to comment in the chat box your home state so that I would be able to guide you in a more detailed and accurate manner.
Considering now you as a general candidate, your predicted rank according to my calculations would be somewhat around 24-25k but it may vary a little depending upon certain factors like quality of candidates appeared in your shift , difficulty level of the paper. But in general ,it would stay around this rank only.
In good nits leaving top 4-5 nits there is no chance for you to get cse over there. By good nits I mean jamshedpur, jalandhar, raipur, mnit jaipur, Rourkela, patna and other parallel ones. But in lower nits like srinagar,Meghalaya, mizoram, arunachal Pradesh you may get there. But I recommend with this percentile do not run behind cse because in a good nit you can get core branches and even some electronics.
