So with regard to your query, generally the criteria to get free seat in KL University is as follows:

JEE Mains: 95 and above percentile

JEE Advanced: 1 to 7000 All India Rank

EAMCET exam: 1 to 500 rank

KLEEE: 1 to 100 rank

TS IPE: above 990 marks

AP IPE: above 990 marks

So, according to this it is not possible for you to get free seat in the college, you might get fee concession.
