With that Percentile in JEE mains, your rank in the CRL list would be around 20000 to 25000. Also your rank in the OBC list would be quite good.
With that rank in JEE mains and also your OBC reservation, you can get some non-core branches in some old NITs. You might get core branches like EEE, Civil , ECE in the newer NITs. Also, you might get core branches in some newer  IIITs.
Please wait for the last rounds of JOSAA counseling and also the CSAB spot round so that you might get some good branches in some good NITs.
