At this rank you hold very low chances in getting admission in Top NITS , however you have 1-2 options like NIT manipur and nit durgapur at your percentile . The fee structure of lows nits like durgapur is 63000/- per semster . I would suggest you instead of going for low nits, Try to fill form of state universities like GGSIPU , MDU, HCU which accept jee main socre or prepare for next attempt with full dedication
