As per the given information about your rank and NTA Score nothing could be said as an answer for your question. Cut off trends tend to change each year and same could be expected this year as well. However the achieved rank is a decent rank and you can easily get any NIT but as for your branch preference, you'll have to wait and see what the cut offs are for the NITs after the counseling.
