getting free seat only depends on your caste and as per reservation if a student belongs to sc or st  and income is below 1.5 lakhs then only he get 100% scholarship and if student belongs to oc or bc then he get 35000 from the government as scholarship and rest he should pay and it doesn't depends on your rank , you need to pay some amount and below are few colleges as per your information
