And if you wish to join in cse you have to compromise with the college.

For cse, you have to go with last nits.
For civil, you can get admission in good nits.
I suggest you to participate in special round for better college /branch.
You can get civil at vnit/calicut(may) /mvnit/kurukshetra and all below them.
