You approximately rank will be more than 14-16 thousand ( exact will vary depending upon the April exam and strength).
And with this rank it will be possible to get top NIT but you have to compromise with your branch.But there may be chance to get core branch depending upon your category and your state.
You can check the previous year cut offs for the specific colleges you want and have a idea about it.
And if you are giving April exam I would suggest you to focus on it and try to improve this score.
And you can do easily just be careful and work on your silly mistakes and some concepts which you left .
And secure rank under 6-8 thousand ; so that you have many options with you.
