No excepted rank of yours is not below 5000. I can help you with the excepted ranking for this one formula is there so that I will mention below

JEE Main 2019 rank  = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100

The excepted ranking for your particular percentile is 13,117
As my suggestion is considered please write the JEE mains of April session also so that you can get more marks and you may get best top college
