According to your percentile your All India Rank would be near around 8700. On the basis of this rank you can get admission in some top NITs like NIT Surathakal, NIT Warangal, NIT Delhi and so on.

If you are a long term student than also there will be no problem, but the fact is you should have all proper documents.

You are also eligible for JEE-Advance exam through which you can enter into IITs.
