First of all congratulations for your marks, since you have scored a very good marks in JEE mains. Since  you have scored 99.04 percentile your general category rank would lie around 9600. Based on your marks  i.e, 232, I think there are much chances that you might get ECE at IIIT Hyderabad ,but it seems difficult
