with 99.3 pertcentile your expected all India rank will be 6083.  You have got rank below 7000. It's great. You will definitely get a seat But whether you will get CSE branch it not will depend upon cut off of CVR.   Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off.
