You have not mentioned which state you belong to. However you can get the following colleges based on you rank in Other state quota.

Malaviya national institute of technology, Jaipur
Maulana azad national institute of technology,Bhopal
NIT Calicut
NIT hamirpur

For all these, the closing ranks were around 500 to 800.
