I got a 15000 rank in MU-OET 2019, do I chances to get ECE in Manipal main campus, if not in 1st round then maybe in further rounds?

Hii aspirant
To pursue ECE you have to be under 10000 mark
Previous year cut off for ECE was about 7500
You can pursue civil as well as IPE from main campus
