According to your rank, you have not even qualified for the jee main counseling so it is not possible to get govt. College through jee main. So go for state governed institutes of telangana by state joint entrance examination . You can also go for a private college or dropping for a year and jee main another chance .

No dear Sravya reddy you can't get top engineering college through these rank because your rank is very low and that's can't help to get the best college of Telangana. So try to find out the other option which you can opt other than these you premind about it.
