Hello aspirant,
It actually depends on each college, few college accept donations, few without donation only merit list. And getting in top colleges means either good EAMCET rank or good mains rank. According to me to get into top 10 colleges you may need upto 30000 to 50000.
For college like CBIT (one of the most top college) through JEE you need 15000 for CSE and 30000 for other branches.
