You wouldn't get a good college for this ranking. I would suggest 3 options which you can choose from based on your current situation,

1. Go for a payment seat (management seat) in good college which you can afford, the payment seat varies as 4Lacks for 4 years to 5 to 6 Lacks per annum depending on the college and Branch.
2. Choose any other course other than B.E like B.Com , B.Sc , BCA which has variety of division which you can choose from and if you do a master's then you will be definitely valued in the upcoming days.
3. Give one more try to CET and COMED-K and AIEEE, this choise most of the students doesn't prefer but few of my friends have chosen this option and excelled in their career, you need to believe in you and stand for yourself and show the people what you are capable of.
