Hello,
Yes, you are still eligible to participate in second phase counselling even if you got a seat in first phase counselling. If you have already joined in the college and participate in second phase and if you get seat allotment in second phase counselling then the seat which was allotted in first phase will be automatically cancelled, you cannot claim the previous seat allotment. But if you didn't secured seat in second phase then the previous seat will be retained.
