Depends upon college policies if you want in all the years then there might be like you have to maintain a proper gpa or many more.

Once you avail the fee reimbursement , it is applicable for the four years too. Every year you have to renew the fee reimbursement. This is to check whether the candidate is active or not. Make sure to submit the required documents in your College every year whenever they ask you. Incase you fail to do that you won't get fee reimbursement you have to pay the entire fee.
