I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits with core branches.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering  so they have high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

It is quite difficult to get a seat in NIT with such rank when considering the seat allotment in all the 7 rounds of counselling this year.If you want to get NIT then you must be a home state candidate only then you may get seat in NIT if there are vacancies.The seat allotment in special round will be based on JEE merit, vacancies available and the options you have given.So if there are vacancies left and if you are a native of a state having NIT then there are slight chance to get a seat.Hope for the best.
