If you are interested in electrical then choose electronics and communication rather than electrical and electronics 

Ece  has more scope than eee bcoz you have more opportunities in ece rather than in eee... You have a decent rank so dont waste it in eee rather choose cs or ece(electronics and communication) or you can even choose mechanical if you have interest in it but only thing is you have to study on your own if you want to know more then feel free to ask me
