With your rank in COMEDK, it will not be possible for you to get the CSE branch in the Top 15 colleges and if you are not in them, then you cannot expect a decent placement.

So, I would suggest you go to Jaypee Noida because if you stay in the Top 20-25% of students of your batch, then you can grab a placement around 10 LPA and at the end of the day, we all want a decent placement.

Glad that you are so confident in choosing a branch that you want to pursue.I would always choose a branch over any college and I would suggest you to do the same.There are even decent colleges in bangalore that you may get and I would suggest you to check the link below for further options,

And even CSE at JIIT Noida is good,but firstly check what colleges you have as options in Bangalore and then try comparing them.
