Hope you are doing well.
With 2402 rank in IPU CET and OUtside Delhi and General Category, you can expect the following colleges in the last round of counselling:-

Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of technology:- EEE, ECE, IT
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering:- ICE
Ch Braham Prakash Government Engineering College:- Civil, IT
