The prestigious Vellore Institute of Technology has four campuses in the country:-
1) Vellore, 2) Chennai, 3) Bhopal, 4) Amaravati.

With a rank of about 58,000 in VITEEE 2019 you cannot get a seat at Vellore or Chennai campus of Vellore Institute of Technology. VIT VELLORE is the oldest campus and has very high reputation. So Cutoffs here are very high here.
Similarly, Chennai campus too is old and has higher cutoffs. Hence, Very difficult to get good branches.

**Following are the expected cutoffs at Vellore campus:-

1) Electronics and Communication :- 14,000
2) Electrical and Electronics :- 15,000
3) Mechanical :- 19,000

**Following are the expected cutoffs at Chennai campus:-

1) ECE :- 25,000
2) EEE :- 28,000
3) MECH :- 30,000

For your desired branches, you must try for VIT Bhopal or VIT Amaravathi as cutoffs there are lower. As these campuses are newer, cutoffs are lower as compared to other campuses.
