Hello candidate,

Yes you have to pay the seat acceptance fees if you are getting a seat for the first time in the csab councelling. If your have got no seat in jossa then its ok but if you have got any seat in the jossa counselling and you have already paid the seat acceptance fees there then no need to pay again.
