Hey there,

As per your query I would like to tell you that with your this ranks quite impossible to getting admission in AIIMS.

Only rank upto 1-200 had chances to getting admission in it.Due to less amount of seats available in AIIMS.

As per year the cuttoffs mark's varies and depending upon the difficulty level of questions paper and the numbers of students appearing in the exam.
