College is based on other factors also rather than your marks and rank factors are your category and state. So without these information I am not able to give the answer of your question. But according to your rank it is difficult to get the college if you belongs from general category.

Hello, you have not mentioned your category so, I assume you to be in general category. If seen from last year cutoffs at this rank it is very diffult to get any Nit including new Nit like Sikkim,Nagaland but if you have any category it would definitely help you. All the best.
