There is a very high chance that you will get through it as any stream is open to you. To get CSE at Sastra University, you must have a rank of less than 500 in stream 1 or 2. Though the cut-off rank varies from year to year, you must have a rank of less than 500 to be guaranteed CSE at Sastra University.

Now it depends on the number of applications and the seats according to that, But I guess you'll get through it.
