Well the AIR you have got is pretty high and due to which getting a government medical college through AIQ and state quota is not at all possible considering your category.

As far as private colleges are concerned in Karnataka state then getting a college there will be easy if you are a domiciled student of Karnataka and if nit then getting a private medical college in Karnataka for non Karnatakans is not possible with such high rank.
