For General Category any rank under 50 is good enough to get a call from PSU like ONGC, NTPC, PGCIL.

You have not mentioned you marks out of 100 . You scored 886 out of 1000 which is good and you have chances of getting in your desired PSU.

CONGRATS!!! for getting such a great rank. Yes go ahead. You got very bright chance of getting selected,  as you get Gate rank under 50 , unless you screw your interview really really bad. So all the best for the interviews of ONGC and POWER GRID. good luck for the future
