As you have mentioned that you have secured 5868 rank in NCHM JEE. Therefore there are less chance that you could get a seat in any of the IHMs as their cutoff ranks are comparatively high than yours. As per last year's cutoff you can not get any IHM. But cutoffs vary every year so don't loose hope. You can apply for other private colleges.
