Your choice of college would totally depend on your AIR, marks ,want college to be close to home or not and through which quota you got LLRM or want upgradation in other college and there many other factors too.

I would recommend you King George's Medical University, Lucknow for updgradation without any doubt as it comes at top on list of toppers because it got 2nd ranking in medical, good placements, industry exposure,pg wise etc. but it needs very good AIR then only one can expect it. You may also go for Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad (ranking 29th, Faculty 551) / Sarojini Naidu Medical College(ranking in medical 51st, faculty 120) both are also good but after going through many reviews, they are found to be better than LLRM which got 67th ranking, 96 faculties, placement wise its good but not upto the level of other three.
