Yes, if you did not got good college in the second round or the next rounds then you can select the college you got in the first round.

All you need to do is Select float option for the seat you got in the first round and move for further rounds. If you did not got good college in the next rounds then you can select freeze option for the seat you got in first round and you will get that seat.
