See if you are ok with a seat in private colleges of any state but it won't be possible if you are seeking admission under all India 15% quota. Also No,if you are from Delhi, Rajasthan, MP, UP, Haryana and want seat in government college. Maybe for some other states too. Though, there are chances of getting seat in government college of some states like Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka where cutoffs are expected to be lower. Here, I am telling about admission under 85% state quota that requires domicile. It's difficult to predict as it's first time for them. But you may have fair chances of getting a private college.
