My third preference was ashoka institute of technology and management varanasi and first two preference was dr ambedkar institute kanpur and bundelkhand jhansi
The thing that i want to ask is that is it worth it to apply for 2nd counselling as my rank in uptu is 2196
Can i get any of these clg?
