Hi.

Depending on the choice you selected at the time of physical reporting in 1st round, you will be allotted seat in the second round. That means if you selected FREEZE Option then you will be allotted seat and no participation in following rounds. If you selected FLOAT then you are accepting the current seat but are willing to get an upgrade in following rounds. If you selected WITHDRAWL then you forfeit the current seat and do not wish to participate in the counselling anymore.
