Hello Arya

With this rank it will be quite difficult to get into Delhi (obviously), Mumbai, Hyderabad and Gandhinagar. You can also add Kolkata in the difficulty level.

Other than the above mentioned NIFT's you can get in almost all with this rank. The next better NIFT in which you can get is NIFT Chennai.

So, if given choice between Chennai and othen then please opt for Chennai.
