Hello aspirant!!

Yes, your previously allotted seat will be freezed for you until and unless you get seat in 2nd counselling. If you don't get seat in 2nd counselling your previous seat will be there for you. But if you get seat in 2nd counselling then your previous seat will be alloted to others.
