If your not interested in first allotment seat then you can attend second couselling and again you can put web options according to your preference .then if you have paid to reserve your first allotment seat then after second couselling if your not interested in even in 2 allotment you will have chance to choose any one seat 1(or) 2 allotment seat. So you can attend second couselling and also you can put according to your preference
