Hello Anwesha

First of congrats on your impressive rank. Obviously go for Delhi as everyone does. Only If you reside in Mumbai and feel comfortable with your home surroundings then go for Mumbai if you want.

But if you are from a neutral venue then go for Delhi (Mostly prefferd).
