You have got compartmental in Chemistry so it may be certain that you are a class 12science student and appeared in 12class final exam in which you have got compartmental in Chemistry.One thing you have not mentioned which subjects of science group you have got more than 55% marks individually . If it is in biology then take botany honours in your BSC.In this subjects of Botany there is  varied scope of doing research work to be a scientist in future.You may get the job of a lecturer job after doin PhD in Botany of may do research scientist in any state or central Government organisation.
