Kudos!!Both are an excellent option and any branch in these colleges can be pursued.

First of all , you need to choose wisely among those branches based on the following criteria : 

• Your field of interest(whether CSE or EEE)
• Go through the subjective part of these branches that is know the topics they deal with.
• Present and future demand on that branch.
• Job availability shouldn't come into picture because when you choose your favourite branch,you don't join looking into the job opportunities.If you join by your interest,then you can automatically settle well in that field.
• Job availability should be checked when you are not able to pursue in your interested field and want a job earlier.So,this is for you people : There are a handful of private jobs with CSE whereas EEE has govt and private jobs as well.But government jobs should be preferred to private jobs in EEE.

In CSE,there is lots of programming required and you need to adopt to that kind of thinking and having patience towards completion of work.

In EEE,more lo logical thinking is required and subject knowledge is required to solve the real time circuits and understand the present power generation criteria to keep up with your work.

At last it comes upto you when we come to branch selection as both the institutes are really good with experienced faculty.

So,based on all the parameters and above all your interest is required in choosing a branch.
