Once you have selected the sequence you cant change it anyhow. There are two possible ways to change the stream if you want to change only this then 1. Spot counselling gives you a chance to refill the choices for that round. 2. Go for the branch you got and perform well in exams and change it after 1st year itself.

If you want to change the college then 1. option is available for it.
