I got failed in class 12 in 2019. How to fill jee main form for 2020 if am reappearing again in 2020?

Dear aspirant, for jee mains exam minimum 75% marks are needed for the eligibility with physics,chemistry and maths as subjects, as you have failed so no need to fill any detail for 12th stating that you have appeared for your exams already.
