after being failed in class 12th in2018, from wbchse i am appearing again in 2019 through nios how should i fill jee form?

The main thing to focus upon is your eligibility criteria yes definitely you are eligible for the jee mains but the criteria requirement is around 75% to get iits nits gfits cfits .
