The main thing to focus upon is your eligibility criteria yes definitely you are eligible for the jee mains but the criteria requirement is around 75% to get iits nits gfits cfits .

You can surely apply for JEE Main based on NIOS scores. When filling the application form, do make sure that you select the state in which the study centre is located as the State of Eligibility.
Also, for admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs you will need minimum 75% marks or be ranked in top 20 percentile. The same goes for admission at the IITs.
