First of all Congratulations for such a good score in GATE 2019.

Yes you can easily get old NITs like NIT Warangal Electronics Instrumentation according to your score and category. You stand a chance in getting VLSI at IIT Guwahati which is a very good option too. 

You can even get photonics or RF and Microwaves at IIT Kanpur.
