Hello Saurav, 

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. Even had also given the UPTU in 2018 and got a rank of 8207 and AF rank of 231. With this rank also i was unable to find CSE in good government college (Top 4). You can get CSE in government college but then you have to cooperate because you will not get IET LUCKNOW, KAMLA NEHRU, BUNDELKHAND. You can try for other branch also.

I suggest you to attend the counselling.
