Your rank in UPSEE is pretty good for any good college. Cutoffs in each college may slightly vary based on the number of seats available, number of applicants , difficulty level of the exams etc. but according to the previous year cutoff under general category the closing rank would be around 4000 -5000.Hence, you need not worry, you will have many options.
